Customer Service ( Support Health Consultant)
คลินิก Anti-aging
1.งานด้านติดตามคนไข้
- ติดตามและคอนเฟิร์มนัดหมายตามโปรแกรมการรักษา
- เก็บข้อมูลลูกค้าก่อน - หลังเข้ารับบริการ รวมถึงเก็บข้อมูลต่างๆ เพิ่มเติม
ตามความต้องการของแพทย์หรือพยาบาล
- บันทึกความคืบหน้าการรักษาของคนไข้ตามระบบที่คลินิกกำหนด
2.งานด้านให้คำแนะนำและคำปรึกษากับคนไข้
- แจ้งแผนการรักษา แก่คนไข้ตามเกณฑ์ที่คลินิกกำหนด
- ตอบทุกคำถามเพื่อคลายความสงสัยให้แก่คนไข้
- รวบรวมและแจ้งฟีดแบกคนไข้ให้แพทย์ทราบ และ ทำความเข้าใจเชิงลึกหากมีการปรับแผนการรักษา
- สื่อสารกับคนไข้เมื่อการปรับเปลี่ยนแผนการรักษา และ หรือ มีแผนการรักษาเพิ่มเติม ราคาแจ้งค่าบริการ รวมทั้งขอคำยืนยันในการรับบริการ
3. งานด้านติดต่อประสานงาน เป็นศูนย์รวมข้อมูลอัพเดทเกี่ยวกับคนไข้และแผนการรักษา
- เป็นศูนย์กลางในการให้และรับข้อมูลระหว่างคลินิกกับคนไข้ ในวันที่คนไข้เข้ารับบริการ
- อำนวยความสะดวกให้คนไข้ โดยเฉพาะเมื่อเวลาคลาดเคลื่อนและต้องประสานงานใหม่อีกครั้งอย่างใกล้ชิด
- จัดทำเอกสารเพิ่มเติมตามแผนการรักษา เพื่อให้การดำเนินการเป็นไปตามระบบงานของคลินิก
- สรุปและแจกแจงงานติดตามคนไข้ให้จบวันต่อวัน
- ให้และรับข้อมูลคนไข้กับหน่วยงานอื่น รวมทั้งประสานงานกับหน่วยงานข้างเคียงเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าคนไข้จะได้รับการรักษาตามแผนที่วางไว้
4.งานด้านรายงาน
- รายงานผลการปฎิบัติงานด้านการติดตามคนไข้
- รายงานผลการปฎบัติงานด้านให้คำแนะนำ และคำปรึกษากับคนไข้
