หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
รายละเอียดงาน- Online Shop Management - Handle daily operations on Lazada and Shopee.
- Customer Service - Respond to inquiries, provide product details, and assist buyers.
- Product Listing & Updates - Upload new products, update prices, and optimize images.
- Promotions & Campaigns - Create strategies to boost sales by joining platform campaigns and using promotions like platform advertisement.
- Order & Shipping Coordination - Track orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Inventory Management - Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Sales & Profit Growth - Achieve company sales targets through effective online strategies.
- Compliance - Follow platform rules and regulations.
Working Time - Monday to Friday.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Education - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. English Skill - Required (language allowance).
3. Skills Needed - Basic computer & internet proficiency; Sales & customer service skills.
4. Personality Preferred - Willingness to learn, diligence, patience, good teamwork
5. Experience - Prior experience in e-commerce (Lazada/Shopee/TikTok Shop) is a plus.
