- H, S & E Policies and Procedures
- Promote good health, safety & environmental practices throughout all Company activities.
- Review the Company Health, Safety & Environment Policy Statements on an annual basis.
- Ensure that Policy Statements/Fire Plans and Fire Risk Assessments are produced and
quality assured.
- Devise, develop and monitor effective Risk Assessment management strategies and make
recommendations on the implementation of these strategies.
- Review and develop health and safety policies, procedures and guidance, in keeping with
best practice and make recommendations on their implementation and application.
- Consult with general manager, senior managers and other line managers and give
appropriate advice on formulating best-practice policies and procedures.
- Provide independent professional advice and technical information where appropriate
to general manager, senior manager and all line managers to enable the Company to
discharge its statutory, common and moral obligations, keeping staff and Managers abreast
of change in HS&E Legislation and Codes of Practice.
- Provide, or where necessary source, training for staff in relation to Health and Safety policies,
practice and procedures.


คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1.Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupation, Health & Safety and Environment or have certified Head of Safety Department and should certified Safety Officer in Professional Level by Law.
2.10 years' experience of working in an HS&E role, with experience of being in a managerial capacity.
3.Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Business Continuity Management and TLS8001 implementation or maintaining system 4 would be preferred.
4.Knowledgeable in Thai Health, Safety & Environmental Legislation.
5.Understand health, safety & environment problems/opportunities and clearly communicate solutions to management, stakeholder base, convince people to change their methods and beliefs through educating them, and then continue motivating individuals to continue their changed behavior.
6.Good leadership, interpersonal, service-minded and good systematically thinking.
7.Good communication skills; able to follow up and co-ordinates with concerned parties to handle and resolve problems promptly.
8.Working experience in large company/organization having big Distribution Center/Transportation would be advantageous.
9.Strong Safety Management, Interpersonal, Team Leadership with a Partnering mindset.
10.Ability to maintain a flexible and open minded approach to all aspect of the role.
11.High level negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
12.Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
