หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Responsibilities- Perform root cause analysis and report issues.
- Follow up with developers to resolve the issues.
- Review Test cases, Create Test Plan and all documents, including with quality assurance and UAT. (Manual)
- Coordinate with users, stakeholders, related teams to query testing questions and/or provide advice and direction for all testing activities on a project.
- Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT related fields.
2. Good experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
3. Having working experience in Agile methodology will be preferable.
4. Having working experience in test tools (ex. Postman, JMeter etc.) will be preferable.
5. Good experience in test management tools (ex. JIRA, Confluence etc.)
6. Collaborative, initiative, able to prioritize tasks.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
