หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• Support and Installation, Configuration and System Administration for Window, Linux, Unix, VMware• Perform IT helpdesk services to record, response, assign and escalate service requests and incidents accordingly.
• Troubleshooting issues that occurs in the area of OS, Servers, and Virtualization
• Monitor, log and track the details of each problem

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or other related fields
Fresh graduates are highly welcome for this position.
0 - 4 years’ experience in Installation, Configuration Computer Hardware & Software, Operating System (UNIX, Oracle, Windows, Linux), VMware (vSphere, vSAN), Microsoft Office, Basic Network, Cabling, LAN)
Experienced in System Admin , IT Support
Ability to work under dynamic environment and manage aggressive timelines
Initiative, self-supervised, self-motivated, highly responsible and punctual
Willing to contribute and work as a team
