Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and manage demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends,
seasonal of product selling and sales input to ensure accurate demand planning.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather insights and align
demand plans with business objectives.
• Capability to use forecasting techniques to improve accuracy of data and see Able to
see the irregularities of unrelated numbers
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans as necessary to reflect changes in market
conditions or customer behavior.
• Generate demand planning reports and dashboards to support decision-making and
identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Lead and participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align
demand and supply strategies.
• Work closely with inventory management and sale planning teams & warehouse to
optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory or stockouts.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within demand planning and recommend
solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve
forecasting techniques.
• Able to coordinate with multiple departments to utilize data for planning purposes

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related roles
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
4. Experience with demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, or similar) is a plus
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
6. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
7. Able to work well under pressure situations and short timing.
