หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
รายละเอียดงาน- Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverages
- Take customer orders accurately and input them into the POS (Point of Sale) system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining tables and service areas
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle billing and payment processes using the POS system
- Assist with basic customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with courtesy
- Provide basic assistance to international guests in English (e.g., menu explanation, order taking)
- Follow company policies regarding hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or restaurant manager
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Female only, aged 20 years or older
2. Minimum high school education (or equivalent)
3. Friendly personality with a service-minded attitude
4. Able to use or learn POS systems for order entry and billing
5. Basic English communication skills required
6. Able to work well as part of a team, under pressure, and during busy hour
7. Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel business is a strong advantage
8. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
