หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
รายละเอียดงาน
1. Calculate production costs for wood furniture, including raw wood, veneers, hardware, finishes, labor, and overhead.
2. Review of the Bill of Materials (BOM) and cutting lists for accuracy.
3. Work with the design and engineering team to estimate costs for new products or prototypes.
4. Track changes in raw material prices (Plywood, PVC, hardware, paints) and labor costs.
5. Recommend adjustments to maintain profit margins.
6. Liaise with factory supervisors to gather data on machine usage, labor hours, and wastage rates.
7. Support the production team in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
8. Prepare monthly cost reports for management review.
9. Support pricing decisions for quotations and tenders.
10. Suggest process improvements to reduce waste and optimize resource usage.
11. Assist in implementing lean manufacturing principles related to cost efficiency.
12. Any additional responsibilities as directed by the management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. เพศชาย อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขา Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 2 ปีขึ้นไป ด้าน costing
4. มีความรอบคอบ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
