หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1.Receive daily orders, check the order message (EDI850), and any abnormal EDI signals.
2.Check any abnormal EDI messages connected with the guests, report to MIS to find a solution, or retransmit the message to the guests.
3.Reply to the guests about the order delivery date, shipment status, order cancellation, increased demand, order information changes in the situation (modify the address, quantity).
4.Through SAP / EIS / SCP to provide a variety of reports for guests and related units within the company to analyze the reference forecast demand analysis.
5.Participate in the definition of new business models (Business models), such as domestic sales shipments, new customer business methods.
6.Collect manual order payments.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1.Bachelor's degree, English CET-4 or above, fluent in speaking and writing.
2.Knowledge of general import and export trade process and transportation terms.
3.Knowledge of supply chain, materials, marketing and production management.
4.Experience in ODM factory is preferred, and experience in handling orders is preferred.
