หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1.Maintain and search SAP basic data: orders, release, GR transactions, info record.
2.Vendor raw-material and pull request control based on usage weekly demand.
3.Track the delivery status to ensure smooth production.
4.Full commit the needs of the production in shortage daily report.
5.Accuracy of vendor material delivery. (shipment adherence & buffer levels)
6.Improvement of material delivery rate .
7.The paper work of customs clearance and Quickly handle customs clearance exceptions.
8.Defective and slow-moving Local material handling.
9.Defective and slow-moving kitting's material handling.
10.Complete the monthly payment application regularly.
11.Update FCST to suppliers regularly
12.Purchasing KPI & weekly SCM/defective products /meeting data compilation
13.NPI and Ramp raw materials preparation data and request trial transaction in SAP

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1.College degree or above, Purchase/Materials control management or related work experience is preferred.
2.Proficient in the use of MS-office software/SAP.
3.Required strong learning, organizing, coordinating ,team work,problem -solving ability.
4.Proficiency in English/Chinese communication skills.
