หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Negotiate and coordinate with landlords such as Central Group, The Mall Group, and other major real estate group for leasing and basic store layout. - Look for locations for new opening stores and make a list of potential locations. - Cooperate with Store Design Manager and mediate with landlord since hand over date from landlord until store opening. - Conduct feasibility study on potential sites. - Coordinate with franchisor on site approval packages. - Monitor pipeline schedule based on development agreement from franchisor.หมายเหตุ
