• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement

• Quality Control:
• Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure the production of high-quality chemicals
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with industry standards and customer specifications

• Equipment Management:
• Manage and maintain production equipment, including regular inspections, repairs, and upgrades
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in chemical production management
- Excellent knowledge of chemical production processes and equipment
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and industry regulations
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
