หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
รายละเอียดงาน1.Responsible for sales business growth.
2.Analyze data and generate reports to indentify potential for business growth.
3. Identify areas of the organization that can be expanded and developped.
4.Manage relationships with clients and contractors.
5.Monitors local and federal requlations that might affect business growth.
6.Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms.
7. Set sales direction to team members.
8. Submit sales report to HQ bi weekly and other reports required.
9. Ensure team member to follow company rules and regulations.
10.Solve customer issures and complaints to improve brand imange.
11. Develop a close knit relationship with key accounts from every sales channels.
12.Anticipate market changes and improve strategies.
13.Liase with MD, HQ, sales admin, warehouse, logistics, accounting, services team and marketing to achieve sale goal and customers satisfaction.
14. Manage Sales Team Hunter/Farmer.
15.Keep track of product order/ order / ETD / Set up schedule.
