หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Lead sales growth strategies to achieve short- and long-term business goals.- Enhance business growth and financial profits of the company.
- Source new partners and products.
- Analyze, identify, and expand the business opportunities of OEM service and importation.
- Work closely with distributors in sales and marketing functions/activities.
- Review and negotiate contracts with potential/existing customers.
- Coordinate and work with team for production plan and stock management.
- Product management and development.
คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science is required.
- Experience of 7+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience managing sales team.
- Work cross culture in international environment.
- Travel abroad when is required.
- Proactive, attentive to details and complex problem solving, tasks initiative.
- Fluent business English communications (reading, writing, and speaking skills) and presentation.
