Key Responsibilities:
1.Sourcing Products and Selecting Suppliers:
2.Ensure product specifications match requirements and negotiate prices aligned with company policies.
3.Monitor stock levels and plan seasonal purchases based on market trends.
4.Work with marketing to push new products in the market and maintain an updated item master list.
5.Organize training for new employees on existing products and coordinate with suppliers for training on new products.
6.Gather and compare supplier data on pricing, quality, and services to select the best suppliers.
7.Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of products and proper clearance processes.
8.Calculate product costs, analyze market conditions, and set competitive pricing.
9.Handle customer import requests, including order planning, shipping, and product claims.
10.Develop product formulas, control production costs, and ensure continuous product availability.
11.Procurement of Raw Materials and Packaging for Affiliated Companies.
12.Monthly Cost and Sales Pricing Reports for Online Retail.
13.Ensure the correct issuance of production orders and update costs accordingly.
