Proven experience managing high-end, stand-alone restaurants
Strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills
Passion for Japanese cuisine and mixology
Ability to build and lead a top-performing team
Understand Phuket market
Must have previous experience in Thailand

Several years of experience in restaurant or food service management
Good knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, purchasing, inventory management, and cost control
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate staff
Good financial and business acumen to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and identify areas for improvemen
Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints and issues
ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในฝ่าย F&B หลายปี
ความรู้ความเข้าใจในธุรกิจร้านอาหาร
สามารถจัดการทั้งด้านการบริหารและการดูแลลูกค้าได้
ทักษะในการสร้างแผนการดำเนินธุรกิจ วางแผนงบประมาณ และควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย
สามารถจัดการทีมงานและสร้างทีมที่มีประสิทธิภาพได้
