•To support production activities, to ensure stable of the production process and to help achieve department goals and/or KPI’s matrices.
•Establish engineering, production and quality control standards to meet with quality and customer requirements.
•Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve manufacturing processes or products or to reduce costs, using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
•Identify and implement opportunities for improving workplace safety and ergonomics.

*คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร*

Bachelor degree in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering and/or related field; advanced degree highly desirable.
More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing industrial with supervisory role and responsibility in leading production team
Knowledge of design techniques, QC tools, and principals involved in manufacturing process, drawings or models.
Knowledge and experience with Continuous Improvement tools ie. Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other methodologies required.
Knowledge and experience in ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 or AS9100 or related quality management systems.
Good command of English language in reading, written and presentation are required.
Demonstrable expertise with MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
