หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Basically, analyze and troubleshoot network communication-related problems. - Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. - Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning. - Coordinate with other team members, vendors, and users to support business operations smoothly. - Correspond and escalate the issue via email and ticket system within SLA. - Perform monitoring network equipment and maintain network availability. - Document network problems and resolution for future reference. - Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor. - Perform additional tasks as needed.คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in area of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields. - Initiative an innovative in IT. - Good command of written and spoken English. - Customer Service focus, team player and good communication skills. - Service minded and able to work under pressure.
