Job Summary
Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company's development needs, and complete recruitment tasks
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company's development needs and complete recruitment tasks.
2. Fully understand the characteristics of each recruitment channel, fully leverage channel advantages, and improve recruitment efficiency.
3. Assist in analyzing and adjusting talent profiles, and drawing and updating talent maps.
4. Summarize the problems in recruitment work, propose optimization and improvement plans, and complete recruitment data analysis.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or above, priority given to human resource management major.
- Proficient in the local national language, English can be used as a working language, and Chinese is a priority;
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with priority given to those with retail enterprise store recruitment experience.
- Outgoing personality, good communication skills, stress resistance, and learning ability.
- Strong goal awareness, able to arrange work hours reasonably, and responsible for recruitment results.
- Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and positive attitude.
