- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Machine Improvement: Evaluate and enhance the performance and reliability of machinery and equipment.
- Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer demands.
- Program Management: Lead and manage various programs and projects to drive operational excellence.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

*คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร*

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in production or operation management within manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in process improvement, machine improvement, planning, and quality control.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to navigate and manage internal organizational dynamics effectively.
