1. Quality Control: Develop, implement, and manage quality control procedures, processes, and inspection plans to ensure products meet established quality standards.
2. Process Improvement: Continuously analyze manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency and quality. Propose and implement process enhancements.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, specifications, and regulations relevant to the industry, such as ISO standards or industry-specific certifications.
4. Defect Analysis: Investigate and analyze defects, non-conformities, and customer complaints to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

*คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร*

Degree or equivalent in an Engineering subject
Knowledge of product development, problem resolution disciplines (8d), product change, and manufacturing line assessment processes along with use of FMEA, SPC, control plans, and other quality tools.
Able to understand and read the Technical Drawing
Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirement and Statistical Quality Control.
PC literate in word, excel, understand Drawings, and standard design elements
Understand Bill of Material and a system related to management of (BOM) Ability to train and coach.
Ability to train and coach.
Good English written and verbal communication skills.
5 years plus relevant experience in a QA role
