หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Cost Analysis :- Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify cost drivers, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement cost reduction strategies.
Prepare detailed cost reports for management review.
Standard Costing :
- Establish and maintain standard costs for products and services.
- Analyze variances between actual and standard costs.
Implement variance analysis procedures to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Inventory Valuation :
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation using appropriate methods (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, average cost).
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile physical counts to system records.
Financial Reporting :
- Prepare accurate and timely cost-related financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Process Improvement :
- Identify opportunities to streamline cost accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement cost accounting system enhancements and upgrades.
Ad-hoc Analysis :
- Conduct ad-hoc cost analyses as needed to support business decisions.
- Provide expert cost accounting advice to various departments.
