หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Organize and optimize the warehouse layout to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of materials.
-Conduct meetings with customers to address warehouse-related issues and manage orders.
-Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
-Supervise and train warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and packaging techniques.
-Collaborate with the Customer Service and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
-Maintain accurate inventory records using appropriate inventory management systems.
-Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
-Implement quality control procedures to identify and address non-conforming materials.
-Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, receipts, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
-Handle additional assignments as required.

*คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร*

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Warehousing, Transportation, and 3PL.
At least 5 years of experience at the managerial level.
Proficient in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with foreign customers.
Well-versed in logistics, transportation, and inventory software.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to work in a pressured environment.
Unity, collaboration, communication, and detail-oriented.
