หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. responsible for production guidance, site abnormal problem solving and measures development and implementation;2. Responsible for the first production of new materials and products and the preparation of the First Production Report;
3.Responsible for the improvement of production process, product performance and structure, and maintenance of process documentation;
4. Conduct regular job skills training and level assessment for production line staff;
5.To guide production staff according to the requirements of the process documents;
6. Assist the market in dealing with client issues and provide necessary technical support;
7.Analysis of all customer returned products within the product range under responsibility and preparation of analysis reports;
8.Follow up testing and report writing for all samples produced within the product range under responsibility;
9.Participate in the summary and evaluation of new product trial production and the release of collaborative ECNs
10.Mastering the anti-static technology of electronic industry products, guiding the production staff to implement anti-static measures during the production process and educating them on static protection routine.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Mechatronics Telecommunications
Fresh graduates or more than 2 years of relevant work experience are preferred. Experience.

Familiar with the production process and procedures of optical modules and semiconductor lasers.
Familiar with relevant test equipment, able to skillfully operate test equipment and handle test-related technical problems.
Familiar with the operation of office software such as office.
