หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
•Oversee aspects of terminal operations, including in & out container, inventory management, intermodal transport (barge & truck mode)
•Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance the performance.
•Set, maintain and monitor (KPIs), such as turn time, inventory accuracy, and facility utilization, productivity and quality and take appropriate actions to achieve targets
•Mentoring and coaching subordinates
•Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
•Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
•Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
•Develop resource plans for peak seasonal periods to achieve availability.
•Ensure the most efficient and cost-effective operations both for the company and customers

Strong Leadership and Strategic Thinking Strong people management as solutions provider Proven successful record of well performed Strong knowledge of Container Terminal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hands on experience with Terminal Operating system Strong decision making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Staff management experience including negotiation and communication skills Mature, good people skill and stakeholder management Result oriented Excellent command of both spoken and written English (have to present to the expat management) Able to travel between sites.
