รายละเอียดงาน:-ดูแลการดำเนินงานการผลิตประจำวันเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าบรรลุเป้าหมายการผลิต
-ประเมินกระบวนการผลิตและตรวจสอบให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ
-ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
-จัดการและนำทีมงานการผลิต รวมถึงการฝึกอบรมและการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน
-ระบุและแก้ไขปัญหาการผลิตในเวลาที่เหมาะสม
-รับรองความปลอดภัยในสถานที่ทำงานและการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัท
-ปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อลดของเสียและเพิ่มผลผลิต
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
-วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
-ประสบการณ์การจัดการการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอย่างน้อย 5-8 ปี
-ทักษะการเป็นผู้นำและการจัดการทีมที่แข็งแกร่ง
-คุ้นเคยกับกระบวนการผลิตและมาตรฐานการควบคุมคุณภาพ
-มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
-สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและจัดการงานได้หลายอย่างพร้อมกัน
-สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีน
