- ประกอบอาหารตามรายการอาหารที่ลูกค้าสั่ง
- ตรวจนับอุปกรณ์การประกอบอาหารให้มีเพียงพอสำหรับการประกอบอาหารทุกครั้ง
- เตรียมปริมาณวัตถุดิบสำหรับประกอบอาหารได้ถูกต้อง
- รายงานปริมาณเครื่องปรุงขาดให้กับ Chef de partie ทราบ
- ที่จัดวางอาหารให้มีลักษณะคล้ายรูปที่แสดงไว้ในเมนู
- รายงานความเสียหายของอุปกรณ์ให้กับ Chef de partie ทราบ
- ทำความสะอาดภายในครัวเมื่อหมดรอบการทำงานร่วมกับพนักงานล้างจาน

- Responsible for outlet’s inventory.
- Manage manpower within the outlet.
- Responsible for outlet’s sales performance.

- 1Minimum 3 years in F&B Management.
- European food knowledge or wine experience is preferred.
- Above average English communication is a preferred.
- Must be able to work in flexible hours.
- Strong management and negotiation skill is a plus.
- Experience in QSR or Retail business is a plus.
- Must have Willingness to learn.
