เดือนที่ 2 เป็นต้นไปเข้าตามตารางกะที่ทางบริษัทกำหนด เวลาปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะมี 3 กะ *เช้า 07.00 - 15.00 *บ่าย 15.00 - 23.00 *ดึก 23.00 - 07.00

Supervisor Call Center (English Speaking)
• Control, oversee, and follow up daily assignments of the department to follow the work process targeted
• Communicate with agents to provide essential information (product & knowledge)
• Guideline & recommend work process and resolve the problem for smoothly working
• Evaluate, control, and oversee the performance of the agents
• Control & manage overall agent performance
• Research, follow-up, and develop new knowledge to develop working processes for more efficiency

Call Center Food Delivery (Full Time)
รับสายลูกค้าที่โทรติดต่อเข้ามาสอบถามข้อมูล สั่ง Order และสอบถามโปรโมชั่น
ตรวจสอบพื้นที่การให้บริการจัดส่งสินค้า
ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่ง และตรวจสอบ order
งาน อื่น ๆ ที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
ปฏิบัติงาน 5 วัน / สัปดาห์ (วันหยุดไม่ตรงกับเสาร์ - อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์

จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะ วันหยุดไม่ตรงกับเสาร์ - อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้ (เลิกดึกสุดไม่เกิน 21.00 น.)
สามารถใช้โปรแกรมแผนที่ Online (Google Map) ผ่าน Computer และ แอพพลิเคชั่นได้
มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร และ การเจรจาต่อรอง
