1) Gather requirements from clients, understand business rules, and ensure alignment with development teams.
2) Prepare proposals and supporting documents for tender/bid submissions.
3) Translate business needs by developing business requirements and functional specifications as document, Business flow and System/Data Flow for the implementation of business solutions.
4) Communicates and negotiates with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a balance of usability and fit with IT Solution and architecture.
5) Being contact person between clients and internal team to update project status.
6) Take Lead of UAT/SIT with customer Training user also Training or knowledge transfer to ensure that clients fully understand the system.
7) Focus on efficient work by creating clear project timelines, identifying dependencies, and planning projects accordingly.
8) Review and give comment for improvement junior business analyst’s document.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- At least 1 years experience in Project Management or Business Analyst in insurance business will be preferable
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, systematic thinking.

- Hands-on DevOps experience Kubernetes (MUST HAVE) On-premise experience is a plus
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, (Jenkins ,Gitlab ,Helm )
- Supporting container-based infrastructure, and monolith
- Experience with familiar Tool e.g SQL ,Mongo , Redis , Kafka ,Elasticsearch
- Engaging with development, infrastructure, security and IT operations team
- Previous experience with software development, infrastructure development, or development and operations
