1. ตรวจสอบคุณภาพวัตถุดิบก่อนนำไปใช้ในการผลิต
2. ตรวจผลิตภัณฑ์ระหว่างผลิต และผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป ก่อนส่งถุงมือลูกค้า
3. ตรวจสอบแต่ละขั้นตอนต้องมีบันทึกผลการตรวจสอบนั้นๆ เพื่อการทวนสอบ
4. ยับยั้งไม่ให้นำวัตถุดิบและสินค้าสำเร็จรูปที่ไม่ได้คุณภาพนำไปใช้งาน

มีความรู้ในโรงงานพลาสติกสำหรับยานยนต์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

หลายจังหวัด
1. ควบคุมดูแลงานด้านคุณภาพของ Supplier
2. ออกเอกสาร problem information และ Trouble analysis report และแจ้งข้อมูลไปยัง Supplier
3. บันทึกข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับปัญหาด้านคุณภาพของ Supplier ลงใน car log sheet
4. ควบคุม จัดทำ Sample inspection และ Limit sample board
5. สรุป KPI ประจำเดือน เช่น QOS supplier, Cost of poor quality
6. ประสานงานระหว่างผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชากับผู้บังคับบัญชาหรือส่วนงานอื่นๆ
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับ ปวส.- ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปีในสายงาน QA/QC
สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดละเอียด และสามารถอ่าน Drawing ได้
มีทักษะที่ดีในการติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีความเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้น สามารถตอบกลับอีเมลล์ของลูกค้าได้
สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม MS-Office ได้

Role and Responsibility
-Designing systems, mechanisms, and components for automated processes Robotic and motion control integration.
-Design integration of pneumatics, sensors, machine vision, tooling design, machine safety.
-Work with sales department to do technical specification/clarification documents of the product of connexall.
-Working with our internal teams on manufacturability and process definition.
-Attend meeting with customers in Thai & English to collect requirement for the design

BE degree in Mechanical ,Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience working in automation and manufacturing
Broad knowledge of materials and fabrication processes
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electronic, programming and machining skills to independently design and build automated equipment
Experienced with Auto Cad design, Solid work, Machine building, Automation of machines.
Experienced with using machining and assembly tools and techniques
Experienced with making parts on CNC mills and lathes
Experienced with getting projects definition from customers and meeting their needs
Working knowledge of industrial HMI, PLC , electrical pneumatics and sensors ,and programing of software.

As product sales engineer prime responsibility to achieve sales targets and year-on-year growth . Focus areas to expand Robot business unit’s sales.Key Accountabilities
Sales achievement:
• Achieving assigned monthly robot sales target
• Accelerate sales and year-on-year sales growth
Sales activities
• Identify customer’s System Integrator (SI) and end user challenges and find a fit with Aiconrobot products
• Promote products to markets to increase brand awareness
• Develop sales pipeline
• Provide market intelligences to Management
• Coordinate with project & service team to meet customer’s required delivery schedules
• Negotiate with customer on price, term, and conditions
• Execute customer’s purchases to ensure 100% accuracy in their purchases.

Thai Nationality,
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing / mechanical / mechatronics / Electronic / Computer Engineering
Minimum 3 years sales and application experience in factory automation environment
Experience in AGV , Mobile robot , Cobot arm is plus
Good knowledge of Manufacturing industry
Good communication skills in English , both speaking and writing
Have an personal car with driver license
Able to travel domestic and international
