Business Development Specialist ( finance background )
As a Business Development Specialist, you will work closely with the CEO and Finance Department to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives that support the company’s growth goals. This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across functions to make things happen.
-Support the CEO in identifying and assessing new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment projects.
-Conduct market research, financial modeling, and feasibility analysis for new initiatives.
-Collaborate with the Finance Department to develop business cases, budgeting, and financial forecasts.
-Monitor and evaluate performance of existing and new ventures, providing regular updates and improvement recommendations.
-Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
-Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
-Assist in M&A activities, due diligence, and project implementation when needed.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
-Al least 3 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, investment banking, consulting, or related field.
-Strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills.
-Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both Thai and English.
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with senior management.
-High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
-Working hours: M-F, 9 AM - 6 PM ( 100 % onsite)

Sales Team Manager (Center Director ) - Rangsit branch
-Lead the sales team and assuring they achieve set sales targets as agreed.
-Manage the center (branch) results: Sales targets, Service and didactic levels of quality.
-Motivate and coach center staff to provide excellent results and service.
-Ensure the implementation of effective meeting and information sharing structures
-Work with HR to support retention and excellent results are put in place.
-Responsible for overall look and feel of the center, ensuring that it is consistently warm, welcoming, tidy and clean.
-Create and provide timely and accurate reports that track and monitor all center KPIs.
-Increase number of students and consequently Wall Street English’s market share.
-Ensure that student satisfaction and learning levels exceed expected benchmarks.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in any field
-5 year’s plus sales experience and 3 years plus Sales Management Experience, ideally with premium B2C product
-Skilled in P&L management
-Strong people management skills and having ability to coach, inspire and motivate others
-Strong in working with targets and benchmarking success
-Experience working in a franchise model would be an advantage
-Excellent interpersonal style – with cultural sensitivity to deal with diverse nationalities
-Inclusive, can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
-Strong customer service orientation
