- วางแผนสำรวจตลาดสำหรับวางตลาดผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- ทำกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดในการสร้าง Brand ของยาแต่ละตัว, สร้างภาพลักษณ์ของยาแต่ละตัวให้เป็นที่หน้าเชื่อถือสำหรับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์
- ออกตลาดร่วมกับผู้แทนขายเพื่อให้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์เชิงลึกให้แก่บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ได้รับทราบ
- จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาด เช่น ออกบูท, จัดงานประชุมวิชาการ เพื่อโปรโมทผลิตภัณฑ์ยาของบริษัทฯในแต่ละตัว
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศ ชาย /หญิงอายุ 25 - 40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ
- มีประสบการณ์งานขายและการตลาดไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
- มีความรู้ในด้านงานการตลาดเป็นอย่างดี
- มีบุคคลิกภาพดีและมีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษดี ( ฟัง-พูด-อ่าน-เขียน)
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS OFFICE ได้ดี ( Word , excel ,PowerPoint )

Qualifications:
-Thai Nationality with a University Degree aged 21-30 years old
-Good command of spoken and written English (must pass our online English placement test)
-Excellent interpersonal skills- dedicated and dynamic in a team environment
-Eager to learn and develop professionally
-Must be able to work on weekends and weekday evenings
-Tutoring or training experience is an advantage

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

รายละเอียดงาน
- Support Brand Manager in field Brand management such as Marketing reporting, competitive reporting and relations-building.
- Plan budget and manage for the whole operations of the assigned Brand (Brand Management, Store Operational Management, Sale Target, and Merchandising Management)
- To build brand equity and deliver business objective (Sales, Market Share and Profit)
- Overall brands performance and activities (omni-channel)
- Be the point person for the assigned brand (Regional Office, Brand Principal, Key Accounts).
- Oversee all aspects of Brand Management for profitability and budget achievement
- Identify & develop innovative business by building SMART Action Plans To build brand equity and deliver business objective (Sales, Market Share and Profit)
- Manage/motivate in executing events to maximize daily business goals, promotional activities and launches.

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Take lead in own E-commerce website and marketplace channel set up with perfect shopper experience
2. Initiate, develop and implement online marketing channel to generate brand awareness, product sales and generate appropriate traffic
3. Initiate, develop and implement online marketing strategy on all platform (website, marketplace and social commerce) to drive better traffic and sales conversion to meet objective and KPI target
4. Manage, drive and oversee day to day operation to achieve E-Commerce sales target
5. Analyze sell-out data to better understand online shopper behavior and competitive landscape to secure channel strong position
6. Prepare and analyze pre/post-campaign report and media/content analysis including manage traffic performance, channel performance, campaign performance
7. Update the template of promotional activity, sale results, spending and competitor activities on both e-market place and own and paid channel
8. Coordinate internal team for providing assets pictures, description in order to develop on visibility/content/ reviews of each platform to improve scorecard.
9. Develop and manage day-to-day operations and budget optimization of online marketing activity including PPC, retargeting affiliates, Social Media Ads, Video
10. Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the business goal is aligned
11. Coordinating activities of Software Developers, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies
12. Controlling and monitoring budgets (P&L).
13. Responsible Responsible for other tasks relating to brand & e-commerce as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age preferably 25-35 years
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- 5-8 years experience in brand & marketing management from E-commerce business
- Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEM/SEO, GDN, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels
- Microsoft Office: Power Point, Excel, Word, etc
- Fluent in English skill: speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong passion in consumer electric product category
- Able to work under pressure
- Can-Do attitude with strong ownership
