Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and adhering to food safety standards. You will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.
Follow recipes and instructions accurately to maintain consistency and quality.
Assist in menu planning and development, including seasonal and special event offerings.
Monitor food inventory, placing orders for supplies as needed, and minimizing waste.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Participate in kitchen prep work and assist in other areas as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

4. จัดทำสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่สอดคล้องกับแผนการสอนและหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา
5. ประเมินนักเรียนทั้งอย่างเป็นทางการและไม่เป็นทางการ ทั้งรายบุคคลและรายกลุ่ม
