Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of comprehensive HR experience, covering the full HR loop.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Fluent in English communication.

Generating inquiries and new business for our manpower outsourcing services.
Prepare technical or commercial proposals based on the client's requirements.
Follow up on submitted quotations to obtain contracts and achieve sales targets.
Maintain all records on CRM as per company policy.
Meet clients regularly in order to understand the level of customer satisfaction with the service delivered.

-ควบคุมเครื่องจักรให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและควบคุมไม้ให้เกิดงานNG
-ดูแลและทำความสะอาดเครื่องจักรทั้งในขณะทำการผลิตและหลังการผลิตในแต่ละวัน
-บำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร โดยใช้หลักการ TPM ได้เป็นอย่างดี
-งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย วุฒิปวช.-ปวส. ด้านช่าง เช่น ช่างกล ช่างไฟฟ้า ช่างอิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรืออุตสาหกรรมในโรงงาน
- สัญชาติไทย อายุ 25-35 ปีขึ้นไป
- ขยัน อดทน มีความรับผิดชอบ
