หน้าที่ ในการทำงาน
- ประสานงานเกี่ยวลูกค้า ติดต่อแผนงาน และหน่วยงานต่างๆ
- ทำหน้าที่ประสานเกี่ยวกับหน่วยงานรัฐ
- ทำตารางการทำงาน และสรุป
- ต่อรองราคา และนัดหมายลูกค้าเพื่อชมห้อง
- อัพเดทข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบ และส่งต่อให้หน่วยงานอื่นๆ
- งานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหน้าที่ในตำแหน่งงานของตัวเอง

เวลาการทำงาน
- ทำงานจันทร์ - เสาร์
เวลา 09.00 - 17.30 น.

บริษัทไม่หยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ แต่จะหยุดตามกฎหมายครบ 13 วัน หรือมากกว่านั้น ตามนโยบายบริษัทฯ
บริษัท จะหยุด วันปีใหม่ 5 วัน วันสงกรานต์ 5 วัน วันพ่อ วันแม่ และวันแรงงาน
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- สำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาตรี หรือ เทียบเท่า
- ไม่กำหนดเพศ
- อายุ 22-35 ปี
- มีรถยนต์ หรือ จักรยานยนต์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (เบิกค่านำมันรถบริษัทฯ ได้)
- ได้ภาษาอังกฤษ จีน รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความอดทน ซื่อสัตย์ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และมีความกระตือรื้อร้น ทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- ใช้ word excel และโปรมแกรมขั้นพื้นฐานได้
- ชอบพบปะผู้คน บุคคลิกดี สะอาด ไม่จำกัดรูปร่าง
- เป็นคนที่รับผิดชอบหน้าที่การทำงาน ที่ได้มอบหมายจนเสร็จสิ้น

*คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร*

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Humanities, or a related field.
Male or Female, aged 35–45.
Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a pleasant personality.
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and perform well under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership and ambition to drive success.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong connections with real estate agents in Phuket and Bangkok are a plus.
In-depth knowledge of Phuket’s pool villa market and local areas is an asset.
Background in Architecture or Construction is advantageous.
Direct experience in luxury villa sales is highly preferred.

Be creative, trendy, with the can-do attitude.
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
Be a team player and have the ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment.
Good command of English, both spoken and written skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in Power Point and Excel.
Having a strong connection with agent would be an advantage.
Having a knowledge of Architecture or Construction would be an advantage.
