บริหารความพึงพอใจด้านงานขาย งานบริการ ต่อลูกค้าตลอดการขาย และติดตามผลหลังการขาย
รายงานความคืบหน้า ปัญหา ข้อขัดข้อง ที่เกิดขึ้นกับงานขายและการบริการต่อผู้จัดการ เพื่อแก้ไขหรือป้องกันปัญหาได้ทันท่วงที
ประสานงานการส่งมอบงานให้ลูกค้าในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้
ประสานงานเตรียมความพร้อมในการวางบิล รวมถึงการเข้าไปวางบิล
ติดตามประสานงาน หาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหากับลูกค้าถึงข้อขัดข้องในการชำระเงินให้แผนกบัญชี วิเคราะห์ และวางแผนการขายที่มีต่อลูกค้าแต่ละราย

หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย 1 ปีขึ้นหรือมีความรู้ทางด้านไอที จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- Be a full stack developer in an Agile development squad to building web application, mobile application, and software
- Working productively with a cross-functional team (including product owner, project manager, business analyst, ux/ui designer, developers, QA engineer, DevOps engineer) to produce a high quality of deliverable and codes
- Learn, analyst, and always asks questions to understanding business requirements from business team
- Implement appropriately technical solutions that can meet business requirement with high quality and performance
- Always considering writing unit test as a part of developing and completion of works
- Working with software tester / QA to perform load / performance testing
- Following the development process agreed by the team and suggest improvement if needed
- Participate in evaluating the effort used in development
- Communicate work progress, obstacles, and ideas with the team to ensure work is completed on time and with quality
- Working with people in other departments with professionalism to helping the company / clients meet business goals
- Happy to help writing some technical document if required by the company / clients

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:
• Engage with clients, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals
• Provide expert consultation to clients, recommending appropriate solutions and strategies to meet business requirement
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their understanding and support of business objectives
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and drive consensus

Solution Design and Implementation:
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for development teams in a format of acceptance criteria for user stories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that address client requirements and enhance operation workflows
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with regulatory standards, security protocols, and industry best practices

User Experience (UX) Design:
• Advocate for an exceptional user experience by understanding end-users' needs, preferences, and pain points
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-centric design solutions that enhance the usability and accessibility of technology

User Training:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, ensuring they have a strong understanding of the technology's functionalities and how to utilize them efficiently
