Linux System Administration (70%):
- Manage and maintain Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Implement and manage system security, including user permissions, firewalls, and patch management.
- Develop and maintain system scripts for automation and efficiency.
- Backup and restore operations to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Monitor and maintain system logs for security and performance analysis.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Linux systems. • AWS Cloud Management (30%):
- Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Implement and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, and IAM.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor AWS resources and optimize for cost, performance, and reliability. - Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in AWS environments.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to support cloud based applications and services.

- Responsible in Dynatrace Operation and Support onboarding of Dynatrace. Tasks include,
- Grant authorization of users
- Request Change
- Install Dynatrace agent and config
- Manage Patching and ensure patches are up to date
- Generate report
- Config Dynatrace setting
- Customize Dashboard
- Support infra change (e.g. dt server maintenance, network maintenance impact to dt server)
- Manage dt monitoring inventory , dt server/agent healthcheck


- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field
- Have at least 1 year experience as System Admin or DevSecOps or Developer in any area
- Understand basic concept of VM, container, cloud
- Have knowledge of monitoring tools
- Have experience in any observability tools is benefit (Best to have experience in Dynatrace, others tools i.e. ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, Datadog are also good)
- Understand change process

- Design, review and implement network communication related projects to assure good quality, security, time and cost.
- Configure, migrate and install various network devices and IP Telephony systems.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Work as second tier support for network communication related issues.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in area of Computer
Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in network administrator, network engineer or related position.
- Experience with LAN/Wi-Fi, WAN, firewalls, VPN design,implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN and VoIP networks, TCP/IPprotocols, Routing protocols and network technologies.
- Initiative an innovative in IT network.

• Review and analyze business requirement, functional specification of the project with related users, IT business analyst, IT development, and/or vendor to clarify scope, feature, functionality, and impact.
• Plan UAT project with appropriate strategy & timeline to cover testing scope and impact of the project and review with IT Quality Assurance team lead.
• Work with users and IT development and/or vendor to prepare resources, materials, equipment, test environment according to test strategy & plan.
• Setup UAT kickoff project with end users and IT development and/or vendor to understand test plan & scope
• Lead end users to develop test case, test script base on business requirement, functional specification and test plan & scope.
• Manage and track UAT issues and collaborate with IT business analyst, IT development, and/or vendor to fix and closed by end users
• Update UAT project status regularly to all related parties to ensure UAT project completion. • Review test result with end users to ensure the quality of UAT project
• Prepare UAT project signoff document and get approval from related business owner before implement.
• Provide consulting with end users and IT team during post implementation period.
