คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
สำเร็จการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีในสาขาวิชาด้านคอมพิวเตอร์หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง ปริญญาโทบริหารธุรกิจด้วยจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถใช้ภาษา SQL ได้
เคยใช้งาน Oracle Database
สามารถใช้ reporting tools เช่น Crystal report ได้
มีความเข้าใจและประสบการณ์ในการใช้งาน หรือ support ระบบ ERP และ HRMS
หากมีประสบการณ์ในการ implement ระบบงานด้านสารสนเทศ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

หากมีประสบการณ์การบริหารงานด้านสารสนเทศหรือบริหารโครงการจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
ประสบการณ์ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี

- Responsible in Dynatrace Operation and Support onboarding of Dynatrace. Tasks include,
- Grant authorization of users
- Request Change
- Install Dynatrace agent and config
- Manage Patching and ensure patches are up to date
- Generate report
- Config Dynatrace setting
- Customize Dashboard
- Support infra change (e.g. dt server maintenance, network maintenance impact to dt server)
- Manage dt monitoring inventory , dt server/agent healthcheck


- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field
- Have at least 1 year experience as System Admin or DevSecOps or Developer in any area
- Understand basic concept of VM, container, cloud
- Have knowledge of monitoring tools
- Have experience in any observability tools is benefit (Best to have experience in Dynatrace, others tools i.e. ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, Datadog are also good)
- Understand change process

- Design, review and implement network communication related projects to assure good quality, security, time and cost.
- Configure, migrate and install various network devices and IP Telephony systems.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Work as second tier support for network communication related issues.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in area of Computer
Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in network administrator, network engineer or related position.
- Experience with LAN/Wi-Fi, WAN, firewalls, VPN design,implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN and VoIP networks, TCP/IPprotocols, Routing protocols and network technologies.
- Initiative an innovative in IT network.

1. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including accurate pipeline forecasting.
2. At least 3 years of CAD/CAE/CAM/PDM sales experience
3. Carry a quarterly quota and achieve quarterly sales targets.
4. Reviewing quarterly sales targets and inputting feedback and solutions
5. Understand customer needs and requirements.
6. Able to expertly demonstrate solutions & technology to end-users.
7. Managing and securing large, complex deals with experience in navigating large company procurement processes
8. Drive account strategies and coordinate selling efforts to execute a sales process and secure sales.
9. Manage multiple customer opportunities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
10. Build accurate forecasting and an operational cadence with management.
11. Drive referenceable customer satisfaction in your accounts.
