Corporate Revenue Executive is reporting to responsible for implementing revenue management strategies and processes, in order to prioritize and maximize all the Compass Hospitality's hotels & resorts.
- Grows the hotel online segment revenue and maintains excellent relationships with OTA partners.
- Daily management of hotel online presence on various Online Travel Agent websites Managing rate & inventory changes as well as content management.
- Monitor the online competitiveness as regards pricing ranking Positioning, plus review management.
-Monitor Occupancy and Revenue for all respective properties, yield and maximize revenue by using dynamic rate.
- Ensure that all public rates are parity among OTAs and immediately fix if there is an issue.
- Analyze and compare competitors' online rate and product and also create an attractive promotion to raising sell opportunities and ensure that all OTAs always have room availability to sell.
- Maintain all content for OTAs are up-to date, coordinate with properties for Reconciliation of any OTAs commissionable website or any assistant regarding of OTAs.
- Attend the meeting for OTAs and internal with management.
- Review and Update Daily/Weekly/Monthly report for all properties.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Nationality Only, Male or Female
- Good communication in both Thai and English
- Experience in Travel/Hospitality industry, OTA's extranet knowledge will be advantage.
- Minimum 2-5 years working experience as Revenue.
- Positive attitude, friendly, Proactive and motivated.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related fields.
- Able to work under pressure or tight deadlines.
- Problem sloving & Decistion making Skills
- Able to start immediately will be advantage

- ตรวจสอบระบบควบคุมและเครื่องมือวัด
- สนับสนุนงานติดตั้ง/ทดสอบระบบต่างๆ ในเครื่องจักร
- ทำงานร่วมกับวิศวกรไทยและช่างเทคนิค

- Maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic systems
- Support in machine installation and testing
- Work with Thai engineers and technicians
- Inspect and calibrate control systems and instruments
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย อายุ 25–40 ปี / Male, age 25–40 years old
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาใกล้เคียง /Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องกลและระบบควบคุมอย่างน้อย 2 ปี / At least 2 years of experience in machinery or automation systems
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยหรืออังกฤษได้ในระดับพื้นฐาน / Basic communication in Thai or English
- มีเอกสารอนุญาตทำงานในประเทศไทยถูกต้อง (Work Permit) หรือสามารถดำเนินการได้ / Valid Work Permit in Thailand or eligible to process one

- ควบคุมงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
- วางแผนและควบคุมงานให้มีคุณภาพตามหลักวิศวกรรมและทันตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบ และติดตามการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาให้ได้มาตรฐานตามขั้นตอนที่ถูกต้อง
- ตรวจสอบ และรายงานความคืบหน้าของงานตามแผนที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- รับวางบิลและบันทึกรายการตั้งบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ ให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วนและถูกต้องตามประเภท
- จัดทำบันทึกรายการใบสำคัญ ค่าใช้จ่าย ค่าใช้จ่ายจ่ายล่วงหน้า
- ตัดจ่ายบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ตรงตามรอบจ่ายภายในเวลาที่กำหนด
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ, ภาษีขาย, ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย, ภงด.3/53, ภพ.30
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารทางบัญชีเพื่อนำเสนอให้ผู้บริหารอนุมัติ
- จัดเก็บข้อมูลเอกสารเกี่ยวกับบัญชีให้เป็นระบบ
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
