1. ทำการทดสอบและวิจัยสารเคมีใหม่ๆ หรือวิธีการใหม่สำหรับการวิเคราะห์สารเคมีในกระบวนการชุบโลหะ
2. ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และประเมินผลการแก้ไขปัญหาความเรียบร้อยของการควบคุมน้ำยาใหม่ พร้อมทั้งทำรายงานเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
3. เติมสารเคมีที่มีมูลค่า เช่น เกลือทอง ในน้ำยาชุบและสารเคมีที่เป็นอันตราย เช่น Potassium Cyanide ในสารละลายเตรียมผิว
4. จัดทำคู่มือปฏิบัตงานเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติน้ำยา, องค์ประกอบน้ำยา, วิธีการผสมน้ำยา, และวิธีการวิเคราะห์น้ำยา เพื่อใข้เป็นมาตรฐานในการทำงาน
5. จัดหาเทคโนโลนีและวิธีการใหม่ๆเพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ ให้สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าเพื่อลดต้นทุนการผลิต
6. วิเคราะห์สภาพปัญหาในกระบวนการชุบโลหะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสารเคมีใหม่ ระบุวิธีการแก้ไข และวางแนวทางการปฏิบัติร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิต
7. ติดตามตรวจสอบการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัดที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์สารเคมี และใช้วัดความหนาของผิวชุบให้เป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
8. จัดทำ RoHS Report 6 substances (Cd, Pb, Hg, Cr6+, Be, Sb) ในชิ้นงานหลังชุบตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ

คุณสมบัติ :

-จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา Science in Chemical Science, Laboratory Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
-สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งฟัง พูด อ่าน และเขียน

1) จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็นในการผลิต เพื่อเตรียมการผลิตในกระบวนการ
2) ติดตั้งแม่พิมพ์เข้ากับเครื่องจักร ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
