- Bacherlor's degree of Industrial , Machanical, chemical Engineering.
- Work experience 1-5 years.
- Have very good problem solving skills.
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have hardworking and enthusiatic.
- Able to plan and manage environmental quality measurement work to be in accordance with the specified time frame, including providing suggestions for improving environmental quality to be in accordance with the law.
- Have skills in training, providing knowledge and consulting with employees on environmental and energy management.
- Have knowledge/experience in preparing carbon footprint CFO CFP to achieve GHG reduction activities as targeted.
- Have leadership, dare to think, dare to make decisions, and be able to work as a team.
- Be creative, dare to express your opinions, dare to express yourself.
- Able to analyze, solve immediate problems and provide advice/suggestions on the environment.
- Have good communication skills, can work with all departments, and have the ability to present information well, clearly, and can persuade all departments to cooperate in complying with environmental regulations.
- Have experience in organizing environmental CSR activities together with the community.
- Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Ms Team well.
- Able to communicate well in English.

รายละเอียดงาน
1. ควบคุมดูแลงาน New project ในส่วนงานออกแบบและสร้างเครื่องจักรใหม่ให้บรรลุตามแผนงานและวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ
2. วิเคราะห์ วางแผน ประเมิน และติดตาม แผนงานการออกแบบเครื่องจักรจนถึงการ ติดตั้ง ทดสอบ ตามข้อกำหนดขอบเขตงาน
3. วิเคราะห์และประเมินการสร้างเครื่องจักรใหม่ให้สอดคล้องตามข้อกำหนดของผู้ร้องขอและนโยบายของบริษัทในทุกด้าน
4. สนับสนุนการปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรเดิมให้ทันสมัยและสอดคล้องต่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ คุณภาพ และความปลอดภัย
5. วิเคราะห์ชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักรที่มีราคาแพง หาแนวทาง ออกแบบ ปรับปรุง ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อพัฒนาและลดต้นทุนในการสั่งซื้อ
6. สนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาความเสียหายของเครื่องจักรจากการออกแบบและดำเนินการแก้ไขให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
7. พัฒนาระบบการผลิตและสนับสนุนในส่วนงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
8. จัดอบรมให้ความรู้แก่พนักงานภายใน ด้านวิศวกรรม การเขียนแบบเบื้องต้น การปรับปรุง วัสดุวิศวกรรมและอื่นๆ ในเชิงปรับปรุง
9. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

**Job Responsibilities Summary:**
1. Develop, plan, and implement the annual action plan.
2. Supervise, inspect, track, and provide guidance to subordinate employees to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time.
3. Collaborate with supervisors to prepare, analyze, and present the annual MTP budget.
4. Analyze and identify causes in collaboration with supervisors and propose necessary data related to the annual MTP budget and manpower plans.
5. Analyze problems and assign tasks to subordinates for improvement and resolution, including follow-up.
6. Review, track, and evaluate employee performance and capabilities through OJT and IDP.
7. Collaborate with supervisors to provide guidance and suggest development plans for employee potential and growth.
8. Coordinate and communicate information, problem-solving, and improvements with related departments.
9. Supervise and provide technical advice on product quality issues and work with the team to resolve claims from customers or production.
10. Ensure employees comply with company policies, orders, regulations, and work procedures.
11. Manage and plan the use of tools and manpower efficiently to match production fluctuations.
12. Analyze and provide advice on measurement systems (MSA).
13. Lead cost-reduction projects and collect data for improvement activities.
14. Participate in the recruitment of necessary personnel for the organization.
15. Receive and deliver necessary training to employees related to their work.
16. Inspect employee work performance, including work procedures and discipline.
17. Be flexible and capable of reassignment or relocation based on operational needs or company policies.
18. Listen to and provide guidance, encouragement, and assistance to subordinates.
19. Perform other tasks as assigned, including training and participation in activities as determined by supervisors and the company.

- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in quality management in an industrial plant.
- Age 32 years up
- Skills and Expertise: Supervisor-level safety officer (or related certification).
- English Language: Basic to advanced level or fluent.
- Skills and Experience in Managing Subordinates.
