• Support technical to Sales team.
• Discuss and understand customer’s technical requirement and inform sales person to select the product to offer the customer.
• Coordinate and discuss with customers for technical service and technical data.
• Do problem solving and offer solutions to customers in case of problems.
• Testing new products and present to customer.
• Well preparation and give clearly explanation when do a trial or demo at customer's place.
• Develop products sold to customer to increase the efficiency of customer usage.
• Take information product problem form customers then analyzed to improve and develop that product and then inform manufacturer to improve and develop according to customer requirement.
• Working with Sales Manager to plan how to approach contacts and create effective plans for build up sales volume in assigned area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Male age 25 years old up
Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related fields.
At least 2 years’ experience in Sales Engineer, Production Engineer.
Good knowledge or familiar with PCB Manufacturing
Having experience about SMT process or PCBA at least 2 years

• Support machine installation
• Responsible for Turning machine processes
• Responsible for machining trial test and new model
• Create, control and improve Turning machine processes including tooling, cutting tools, fixturing and gauging
• Perform action defect support machining
• Prepare technical specifications, mechanical data sheets, requisitions of the assigned mechanical equipment for inquiry and order
• Provide operational guidance to customers for tool designers and process engineers during the early phases of product, process and technology development

• Coordinate in analysis and corrective actions with quality team members
• Other related tasks as assigned by superiors

Able to communication in Chinese or English
