- Support the development of appropriate business cases throughout the
venture process, providing input on manufacturing routes.

- Competence in reviewing and verifying comprehensive documentation for
the design and testing of hardware and software.
- Able to take concise meeting minutes and produce reports

Job Description:

-Perform first-off and last-off part validation using inspection instructions and defined criteria; hold authority to approve production start-up
-Conduct visual and dimensional inspections at each production stage according to the control methods, sampling size, and frequency specified in the control plan
-Perform outgoing inspections to ensure that finished products meet specified quality standards before delivery to customers
-Reject non-conforming products and promptly report issues to relevant departments; hold authority to stop the production line to resolve quality problems
-Maintain and update quality-related documents and work instructions as required
-Supervise and coordinate team activities; enhance team performance through coaching and on-the-job training

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technology field
-0–5 years of experience; candidates with experience in quality control will be given special consideration
