รายละเอียดงาน
-Preparing Billing Document both AR-AP and Make Receipts and Tax Invoice Billing to Customer and Payment to Vendor.
-Handling invoicing and billing process according to the company practices and policies
-Daily cash receipt allocation with accuracy and in accordance with the cash receipt processing
-Recording the transactions and cash receipts related to account receivables for Month end closing with accuracy and completeness.
-Check Document number of payment vouchers and completeness of documents.
-Follow up and check billing and collections to ensure it has been done on time and completely.
-Make a reconciliation of bank deposits. Keep up with the closing of financial statements.
-Prepare withholding tax documents in case there is a complete and correct offset of debt and expenses.
-Cooperating with Sales team and Operation teams to receive the relevant information for the billing process.

- Thai Female only, age 25-30 years (Not accepting foreigners)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, finance, or accounting
- Minimum experience of 2-3 years in accounting or finance experience
- Knowledge about Thai Laws and regulations
- Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Word
- Highly motivated and thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Proficient in English, both written and oral
- Ability to interface with various levels of staff and management
- Certified Public Accountant or local equivalent preferred
- Positive thinking attitude

• Handling the Import & Export Shipment for Sea and Air Cargo to completed job within schedule by coperate with CS Team.
• Responsible for ocean freight cost and air freight cost by monthly update with carrier.
• Coordinating with overseas consignee/shipper, forwarder, and carrier to satisfy consignee requirements.
• Coordinate with customer (Exporter), shipping lines, airline, customs brokers, warehouses, overseas agents as well as internal departments
• Produce and control all required documents accurately and timely.
• Tracking, tracing and updating the status of export shipment until arrival.
• Ensure smooth export operations / documentations
• Create summary reports and send to Manager.
• Making daily, weekly, monthly reports such as Shipper and LSP performance, FTA Report, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Female only , age not over 25-30 years (Not accepting foreigners)
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration or related field
- Having knowledge of international freight forwarding inbound and outbound documentation and INCOTERM both by ocean import or air import
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience freight forwarding company (Air Cargo Experience will be an advantage.)
Good command of English skill
- Able to use computer, Microsoft office
- Flexibility, adaptability, proactivity, self-confidence, fast learning and high self-control
- Work well under pressure situation with mature characteristics

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของบริษัทฯ ให้กับลูกค้า ด้านโดรนเกษตร ฮาร์ดแวร์และแอปพลิเคชันทางการเกษตร
2. สร้างช่องทางธุรกิจใหม่และขยายเครือข่ายลูกค้าในพื้นที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
3. สาธิตวิธีการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์ การฝึกอบรมและเวิร์กช็อปกับเกษตรกร สหกรณ์ หรือ บริษัทต่างๆ ในพื้นที่
4. ให้บริการหลังการขาย จัดทำและนำเสนอข้อเสนอข้อมูลกับตัวแทนจำหน่าย ผู้จัดจำหน่าย และลูกค้าขององค์กร
5. สนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือการดำเนินงานของสาขาในแต่ละวัน เช่น การเปิด/ปิดร้าน การนับสต๊อก การจัดแสดงสินค้า
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายผลิตภัณในธุรกิจค้าปลีก ค้าส่ง หรือประเภทอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเกษตร เช่น ปุ๋ย เคมีภัณฑ์ อุปกรณ์ หรือ เครื่องจักรทางการเกษตร
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์/รถจักรยานยนต์ และสามารถเดินทางไปหาลูกค้าในเขตพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้ (มีรถประจำบริษัท มีค่าเดินทาง มีค่าที่พักให้)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- สามารถจัดการงานต่าง ๆ ได้ด้วยตัวเอง มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน พร้อมเรียนรู้และปรับตัวเร็ว มีความรับผิดชอบ
