(1) Responsible for management, maintenance of server/virtual machine and cloud environment.
(2) Deliver IT service compliance to budget, quality standards and business requirements.
(3) Study IT future trends and apply to business requirement appropriately.
(4) 2nd tier technical support to resolve issues and root cause identified.
(5) Support new implement IT project [technical consultant and document].
(6) Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to implement and maintain IT solution.
(7) Create and maintain document relates to Infrastructure and configurations.

(1) To support routine tasks of sales operation in areas in TT channel smoothly.
(2) To support the activation/implementation EC projects and special projects; to monitor operation and define the key success factors and also extract them to be strategy.
(3) To support the overall projects to expand the business which align with company target (eg. "SFA Program" and "Sales Routines Implementation").
(4) To support all channels of sales team to re-comfirm output, KSF and KPI, including related departments.
(5) To support to find key finding and improvement point to propose manager.
(6) To support the praparation for all tracking for TT Projects.
(7) To support the design and control budget and risk management.

ตอบข้อสักถามต่างๆ ของลูกค้าโดยมีหลากหลายช่องทาง ทั้งทางโทรศัพท์ ข้อความ หรือทางอีเมล์เกี่ยวกับปัญหาของสินค้าและการบริการต่างๆ รวมถึงข้อสงสัยอื่นๆ
รับแจ้งปัญหาต่างๆ และสรุป/รายงาน ทุกวัน
ปรับปรุงข้อมูลลูกค้าในฐานข้อมูลการบริการลูกค้าให้เป็นปัจจุบัน ทั้งระหว่างให้บริการและหลังการโทรในแต่ละครั้ง
มีส่วนช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสทางธุรกิจโดยการช่วยแก้ปัญหาและเปลี่ยนลูกค้าที่มีความผิดหวังหรือไม่พอใจในการบริการ ให้พึงพอใจและกลับมาใช้บริการซ้ำ
