• Full spectrum of HR functions such as Payroll, Recruitment, Training, GA. and Employee relations.
• Manage the compensation and benefits program: Payroll, Income tax, Insurances, Funds, Allowances and other related.
• Coordinate with the finance and accounting department to ensure payroll aligns with financial and accounting regulations.
• Oversee staff attendance, leave applications, employees file and database, all sensitive information of employees and company
• Oversee Performance Management System processes, including follow-up, promotions, transfers, assignments, and salary adjustment letters.
• Handle employee relations, including SSO, policy implementation, internal communications, and employee activities
• Prepare payroll-related reports, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for management and relevant authorities.
• Follow up with the recruitment process: Maintain recruitment platforms, search or screen CVs, invite, interviewees, record information and arrange interviews.
• Establish and maintain effective training and development system
• Develop and maintain Human Resources policies and working rules
• Oversee visa and work permit processes for Expat.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue on Shopee and Lazada.
- Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans.

- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to enhance visibility and conversion.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to run campaigns, flash sales, and platform

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, marketplace management (Shopee/Lazada preferred), or digital marketing.

Skills & Competencies
- English skill (language allowance); excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of Shopee & Lazada’s seller center, ads management, and promotional tools.

- catching product images, banners, and thumbnails for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our official website.
- Create A+ content (enhanced product descriptions, comparison charts, infographics) to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure all visuals adhere to platform-specific guidelines (dimensions, file sizes, etc.).
2.Branding & Creative Campaigns
- Assist in developing seasonal campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, New Year sales) with cohesive visuals.
- Brainstorm creative concepts for new product launches and marketing initiatives.
3.Photo & Video Editing
- Retouch product photos (color correction, background removal, shadow effects).
- Edit short-form videos (unboxings, promotions, tutorials) for social media.
- Ensure all visuals are high-resolution and optimized for fast loading speeds.
