· Subject matter expert in optical alignment and optical alignment tools and methods
· Mentoring optical engineers in alignment methods, error budgets, error analysis and tools
· Conducting trade studies and engineering analyses of optical alignment and tests for optical instruments
· Vendor sub-contract management including lens/mirror fabrication and optical coatings
· Investigating and advising on the feasibility of new projects
· Identify and recommend new alignment methods , tools, and appropriate training to increase Alignment capabilities
· Other responsibilities related to the qualifications assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Graduate in the major of engineering ,especially the optic communication field is preferred
- English as a second language
- Experience in the alignment process or transceiver products are preferred

มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน ETL&QUERY DATABASE การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ออกแบบฐานข้อมูล พัฒนารายงาน
มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการดูแลระบบฐานข้อมูล Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านธุรกิจประภันภัย ประกันวินาศภัย ประกันชีวิต
มีความรู้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ SQL, PL/SQL, Sql developer, ASP/.NET Big Data, Cloud System
Plan software development and delivery from the initial phase to completion.
Clearly define project goals, including timeline, budget, and desired outcomes.
Create project Roadmaps and Timelines.
Work with the development team (Developers, QA, UX/UI Designers) to allocate tasks and resources appropriately.
Ensure work aligns with Agile or Scrum frameworks, such as organizing Sprint Planning and Daily Standups.
Act as a liaison between the development team and clients to understand requirements.
Communicate project progress and any issues to management and clients.
Monitor work progress to ensure it aligns with the set goals.
Use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Identify and manage potential risks in the project, such as technical issues or task delays.
Ensure the software being developed meets project requirements and standards.
Collaborate with QA to ensure the software's quality before delivery.
Assess the impact of changes in project requirements or scope.
Adjust the project plan as needed and notify stakeholders of any changes.
