SMT Equipment Technicians
1.Assist SMT production line in achieving production capacity and maintaining normal equipment operation.
2.Proactively improving defects and resolving quality anomalies in the production line.
3.By improving the throwing rate Reduce production costs, improve losses and scrap.
4.Reduce machine scrap through daily maintenance of equipment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1.Familiar with SMT production process, familiar with DEK, GKG, Hitachi printing machines, Panasonic CM602, NPM, Rehm reflow furnaces and other related equipment.
2.Able to quickly debug/repair/calibrate equipment.
3.Have good communication skills and a positive team spirit.
4.Understand and execute the work content and process of TPM.

Customer Service (Chinese and English ) BTS Udomsuk
- Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
- Open new customer accounts
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
- Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
Locations: 66 Tower at BTS Udomsuk
Working Day: 6 Days/week
Working time: 09:00-18:00 PM.

Experience in Customer Service Field, Call Center, or Collections are prefer
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, customer services environment
Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully
Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
Ability to work individually and as a team member
Strong Communication Skills
Need to communicate in Chinese with HSK Level 4 – 6 or can communicate in English.
Can work 6 days/week
