• ทำยอดขายได้ตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด
• สนับสนุนการขายสินค้าและผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆของบริษัท
• บริหารสต๊อกสินค้า ดูแลสินค้าหมุนเวียนให้มีเพียงพอ
• ดูแลการจัดเรียงสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามนโยบาย
• ทำรายงานการขายประจำวันและประสานงานกับทางแผนก
• แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และรายงานปัญหาที่เกิดกับทางแผนก
• ประจำ Power buy สาขา Central World 1 ตำแหน่ง & สาขา Central Chidlom 1 ตำแหน่ง

• รับเรื่องร้องเรียน / complaint /feedbacks/ problem / issues จากลูกค้า แล้ว มาประสานงานต่อใน team
• รับ Claim ,แล้ว ตรวจ ข้อมูลทีได้รับ ต่อรอง จำนวน ราคา ลง บันทึก และทำ CR ให้ลุกค้า
• โทร เตือน ลูกค้า ทีสั่งของประจำ ว่า ถึงเวลา สั่งของแล้ว
• โทร แจ้งข้อมูล ข่าวสาร ลูกค้า ทีสั่งของประจำ
• โทร สอบถาม feedback ลูกค้า ไม่ได้สั่งของนานแล้ว
• สรุป order ส่งฝ่ายผลิต
• สรุป Claim ส่งบัญชี
• สรุป feeback. claim จาก ลูกค้า ส่ง ฝ่ายผลิต
• ประสานงานและจัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับงานขาย
• รับโทรศัพท์ ,ตอบแชท, ตอบอีเมลลูกค้า
• รับผิดชอบรายงานประจำวัน/ประจำสัปดาห์ /ประจำเดือน
• ดูแลความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างบริษัท - ลูกค้า

Importing, exporting & Logistic 
Checking export and import documentation.
Checking data for logistic companies.
Co-ordinate information from relating parties to import UK clearing agent.
Co ordinate with UK warehouse team
Co ordinate with UK fulfilment team
Co ordinate with the UK logistic company ie, APC. Fedex , TNT,DPD
Monitor and follow the customer delivery.

Customer related
Checking invoices, credit notes and claims.
Inform delivery date to customer
Co ordinate and monitor the delivery for customers


Suppliers
Checking invoices from suppliers.
Locate new suppliers, obtaining company contact information,
catalogues, product photos and product samples.
Contacting suppliers for product and pricing information.
Checking purchase orders to suppliers and following-up on deliveries.
Monitor delivery from suppliers, make sure all go smoothly and follow up the QTY confirmation.

1. Managing the Master Production Schedule process, which establishes production schedules based on capacity and materials and ensures actual production meets the schedule.
2. Identifying and negotiating with suppliers to ensure adequate and timely sourcing at the optimum to support all objectives.
3. Proactively support and understand commercial requirements, work with commercial team to achieve customer satisfaction & delivery KPIs.
4. Timely & accurately communicate policies, objectives and procedures to staff to gain support and mutual understanding on company strategies and direction.
5. Manages day to day operations with a high degree of professionalism.
6. Identifying common item and special item. And find a tool to help team to work smoothly.
7. Update status closely with production and end customer for ensure On-time delivery

Bachelor's degree or higher : in Statistical field , IE , Economics or related fields
Analytical skills , Logical thinking : Data analysts work with large amounts of data, including: facts, figures, and number analysis
Good communication skills in English.
สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้ดี
