- Conduct sales activities for international services in Thailand.

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the field of international logistics.
Sound understanding of ocean freight and air freight operations.
Good command of English (Business level) or if there is Chinese skills, it will be advantage.
Proficient in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
The primary work locations will be Bangkok or Eastern area.
Car driving skill is required.

-Organize and optimize the warehouse layout to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of materials.
-Conduct meetings with customers to address warehouse-related issues and manage orders.
-Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
-Supervise and train warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and packaging techniques.
-Collaborate with the Customer Service and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
-Maintain accurate inventory records using appropriate inventory management systems.
-Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
-Implement quality control procedures to identify and address non-conforming materials.
-Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, receipts, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
-Handle additional assignments as required.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Warehousing, Transportation, and 3PL.
At least 5 years of experience at the managerial level.
Proficient in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with foreign customers.
Well-versed in logistics, transportation, and inventory software.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to work in a pressured environment.
Unity, collaboration, communication, and detail-oriented.

- Prepare a local payment voucher and record in the system (Company owned system) and submit all documents to the superior
- Arrange and check the Tax Invoice/Receipt in order to support for preparing of VAT report
- Cooperate with Customer Service Department and Local Vendors when there is an issue in the Tax Invoice/Receipt
- Participate in the petty cash inspection or material inspection at all company branches by the schedule plan
- Perform other assignments from a superior
